　　5. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

　　6. The bidder has the business scope of food circulation allowed by the industrial and commercial department and the professional and technical ability necessary to perform the contract;

　　7. Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.

　　1. The bidder shall place the transfer voucher or payment copy of the bid security in the bid documents. The bidder who fails to pay the bid security shall not participate in the bid evaluation.

　　2. No interest will be refunded within five days after the bid evaluation.

　　3. In case of any of the following circumstances, the bid security shall be handled according to corresponding methods:

　　(1) If the legal representative or authorized client of the responding bidder fails to attend the bidding meeting on time, it shall be deemed as automatic waiver and the security deposit will not be returned.

　　(2) If a responsive bidder withdraws its bid documents after the commencement of bidding, the security paid will not be returned.

　　(3) If the successful responsive bidder fails to sign the food material distribution contract with Sichuan Kelai Elevator Co., Ltd. as required, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

　　(4) If the responsive bidder wins the bid by false means, the security deposit paid shall not be refunded.

　　(5) If the responsive bidder violates the procurement laws and regulations, the security deposit shall not be returned.
